Good morning, I am selling this guitar built by master guitar maker Alejandro Granados Cacari from Paracho, Michoacan in Mexico. Last month, this guitar won the first place in a handcraft state contest.
The top is made of Canadian Cedar. The sides and the back are made of Cocobolo (Dalbergia Retusa), all wood of fine quality. Ebony fretboard and Indian rosewood bridge.
This set of Cocoblo is incredible since the back has an uneven natural darkening, providing the guitar with a unique mature personality.
It also has nitrocellulose laquer finish, the good old real nitro (unfortunately banned more and more in Europe, and much nicer than the nitro most manufacturers claims nowadays), allowing the wood texture to come through and the colors to pop out. This guitar shines with all its glory.
A hardcase goes included, as well as three saddles for low, medium, and high action. The tunning machine is a generic one (which works fine), so that the consumer can install his preferred one, however if you desire, I can install a Hauser style Schaller (gold color with ebony buttons).
