For sale Joaquín García 1995 classical guitar, a special model due to the exceptional quality of the woods used and the 15-piece bracing. Exceptional sound and projection, with well-defined bass and clear highs. Foolproof instrument. It is in perfect condition except for slight marks on the cover due to use.

The guitar was carefully chosen in the well-known Barcelona store Casa Luthier, among several that were available at that time, such as Antonio Marín or Antonio Raya or Paulino Bernabé, since in my opinion it surpassed them in comfort and sound, so except for the models that were there. It is known that at Casa Luthier in any case not any instrument from any luthier was offered for sale.

I have been its sole owner since then, but given the little time I can dedicate to it I have decided that it must find a new home.

Joaquín García is considered one of the great masters of modern luthiery, always seeking innovation within tradition, and this instrument is an example of this. He has worked extensively in both Argentina and Malaga, where this guitar was made. He is quoted in John Huber’s book “The development of the modern guitar”.
