This guitar is one of three guitars that Paco Santiago Marin brought

to New York City as part of talks he gave on guitar construction at the

American Institute of Guitar in 1993. The guitar was purchased and played in

concert by the world renown concert artist Yasha Kofman. For the back and sides, Paco Santiago

Marin selected his choicest Brazilian Rosewood, of a quality that today is virtually unattainable. All

of Marin’s current instruments are made with Palo Santo India or Palo Santo Madagascar.
