After receiving the payment, we check the guitar one more time and we will packing it properly and safely.
All guitars are shipped insured. A signature from the buyer is required upon arrival.
The buyer is responsible for the shipments and and any customs fees and taxes that apply in his/her country.
You receive a tracking number so you can follow your guitar.

Within 5 days after receiving your guitar you got the right to send the guitar back with deduction of the sending costs en packing-materials with a minimum of 250,- euro (shipping costs may vary per country) Ofcourse we will have to receive the guitar back in original condition as we delivered it. After receiving the guitar and a thorough check on the guitar we will transfer the money back to the account it has been payed from.
Buyers are responsible for customs fees and taxes applicable in their country.

All guitars come with a hard or styrofoam case.
